Ignite is a 45 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout utilizing short, timed sets...combining core, cardio and strength training – also known as Metabolic Conditioning. This high-intensity/low impact class works every part of the body. With dynamic motions, you’ll not only be burning calories, but building muscle and strength—the workouts are so effective you continue to burn calories for up to 36 hours after a class. No elliptical or treadmill can do that, nor any amount of sit ups. In fact, studies indicate as little as 27 minutes of HIIT three times per week produces the same anaerobic and aerobic improvement as 60 minutes of steady state cardio five times per week! 45 Minute SILENT Hot Yoga (Not Recommend For Beginners)

45 Min Silent Bikram Yoga Silent classes follows the same sequence as our Hot 26&2 classes and are great opportunity to turn 100% of your attention inwards, letting your wisdom and knowledge lead you into your practice. It's a very meditative practice, connecting you to how yoga was traditionally practiced. Your teacher will practice with you while giving minimal instructions other then the postures set up and cues to change sides, sets, and postures. Because of this we ask first time students to take a few regular Hot 26&2 classes prior to attending the silent classes.
